Growing up in an Italian family meant one very important thing,
‘MANGIA, MANGIA’ (EAT, EAT)
These words have echoed throughout the brothers lives.
Raised in Nonna’s kitchen, the passion for food was embraced by the brothers, leading them on a 10 year journey working in their family’s Italian Restaurants, followed by a trip to Italy.
Indulging in the local delicacies, inspired the idea of bringing Italian back to Australia.
Via Fratelli was born.
Via Fratelli was established in 2011 by two proprietors, Michael and Jonathon Lomonaco, Two Italian Brother’s.
